Kevin had many years of experience in human development training and personal breakthrough coaching.  He is a passionate person who loves what he does, and does what he loves. Kevin began his career with Thomas Nelson Publishers Inc. (Nashville, Tennessee, USA) as a Marketing Executive where he excelled to become the Sales Manager.  Due to his consistent outstanding performance, he was awarded the accolade of “Top 30 Sales Rookies of the Year in 1995” and “Top 30 Experienced Sales Person of the Year in 1996.”    

Kevin brings in tremendous amount of energy and a great deal of enthusiasm in his training.  He is good at utilizing accelerated learning techniques in his training and his training style is dynamic, fun, and highly motivational. Kevin specializes in the following areas:

•   Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) by the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP)

•   Certified and Registered Hypnotherapist by the American Board of Hypnotherapy

•   Certified Practitioner of Time Line Therapy™ by the Time Line Therapy Association

Kevin was the Chief Facilitator in NLP and Hypnotherapy Certification training. Besides, he was part of the training team in helping companies to improve their performance and some of these organizations include: Nestle, Prudential Assurance, ING Insurance, Hong Leong Assurance, Great Eastern Life Assurance, Asia Life Assurance, BHLB Pacific Trust, UMC Service Master, Southern Bank, YSP Industries, Sin Chew Jit Poh, Maxis and etc.

Kevin has empowered and inspired many individuals to constantly challenge themselves to bring out their inner potential and become the very best that they want to be. Besides his extensive knowledge and experience in the accelerated human change technologies, Kevin’s academic credentials also include a B.Sc. degree in International Business from the University of Nebraska (Lincoln, USA) and an MBA from the University of North Texas (Denton, USA). He is also a Certified Instructor and Program Developer of Competency-Based Training and Education.
